What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days within the local area. Orders must be placed by 3 PM for next-day dispatch.
  • Express Delivery: Next business day delivery for orders placed by 12 PM. Available for select locations.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed by 10 AM, limited to certain areas. Please contact us to confirm availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors. We strive to deliver your treats fresh and on time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our carrier’s website to monitor the status of your delivery. If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

What should I do if my order is late or hasn't arrived?

If your order is late or hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and any relevant details, and our customer service team will investigate the issue. We will do our best to resolve any delivery problems and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
