At BakeNook, we are committed to ensuring that your delicious treats reach you fresh and in perfect condition. Below you will find all the details regarding our delivery services, including areas we cover, delivery times, and important guidelines.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services to the following areas:
- City Center
- Suburban Districts
- Surrounding Neighborhoods
- Adjacent Towns
If your location is not listed, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Times
We deliver seven days a week. Our standard delivery times are:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Please place your orders at least 48 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery. For same-day delivery requests, contact us directly to check availability.
Delivery Fees
Our delivery fees are based on the distance from our bake shop:
- Within 5 miles: Free
- 5-10 miles: $5
- 10-20 miles: $10
- Beyond 20 miles: Please contact us for a quote
Packaging and Handling
All our baked goods are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials that are both sustainable and sturdy. If you have any special packaging requests, please let us know when placing your order.
Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time.
- In the event of a missed delivery, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
- If you need to change your delivery address or time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
