How these rules fit with our other terms

These Terms of Use work together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using bakenook.com, you agree to all of them.

What you may do

  • Read and enjoy our guides for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  • Share links to our pages on social media, forums, email and your own website.
  • Quote a short passage (up to about 50 words) with a clear credit and a link back to the original page.
  • Print a page for your own kitchen use.

What you may not do

Unless you have our written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, republish or reproduce our articles, images or designs, in full or in large parts.
  • Use our content for commercial purposes, such as selling it or adding it to a paid product.
  • Scrape, crawl or copy the site using bots or other automated tools, except normal search engine indexing.
  • Use our content to train, fine-tune or feed artificial intelligence models or datasets.
  • Frame our pages inside another website, or present our work as your own.
  • Try to hack, overload, disrupt or bypass the security of the site.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or abusive.

Copyright and DMCA notices

We respect copyright. If you believe content on Bake Nook infringes your copyright, please send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated contact:

Please use the subject line “DMCA Notice”.

Your notice should include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
  3. The exact URL of the material on Bake Nook.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email with the details required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may remove repeat infringing content and block repeat infringers.

Trademarks

The Bake Nook name and logo are our trademarks. Other product and brand names belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.

If these rules are broken

We may block access, remove content, or take legal action if these Terms of Use are broken.
